JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Be part of making a difference as you will be providing continuity of care to an underserved patient population
- As a dental provider, you will be integrated amongst the community and highly involved in your patient's success and progress
- Responsible for providing dental services : Diagnosing and treating diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth and gums, and related oral structures.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Candidates must be comfortable providing care to a patient panel within the full lifespan, child to adult
- The ideal candidate has ties or familiarity with the NY area and can provide reasonable transportation to the Long Island area, however, we will consider all viable candidates
- Able to provide non-discriminatory care to the underserved
- BE / BC
- NY State licensed
