An established SaaS company in Framingham is looking to grow their Product Management team. This company specializes in helping enterprises build and foster strong workplace cultures through employee recognition and rewards.

They are currently looking for someone who can spearhead the development and delivery of experiences delivered through the Microsoft 365 suite.
This Product Manager will be responsible for creating a roadmap to integrate this experience across multiple strategic products like Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, Outlook, and others.
This has been identified as a key driver of growth for their business and this product manager will have ownership over the strategy and vision for these products.

Required Skills & Experience
- At least 7+ years of direct experience working in Product Management (ideally in an enterprise SaaS environment)
- Proven track record of delivering innovative products for the enterprise
- Demonstrated experience and track record of negotiating and influencing stakeholders to improve overall business effectiveness and function
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite and experiences within those products
- Understanding of AI technologies, specifically Microsoft Co-Pilot
- A strong bias towards actions and having a results-oriented mindset
- Experience delivering large scale, complex products for various audiences.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Experience working on experiences within the Microsoft 365 suite
- Ability to translate high-level plans and goals into actionable insights and plans for teams to follow
