Make as much as $96 per hour as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Highland Park and other Chicago-area facilities, without giving up life's other responsibilities and pursuits.
IntelyCare, founded by nurses, is changing the nurse staffing model by offering real professional support, the security of W2 employment, and the freedom to choose the shifts and locations that best fit the lives of our professionals.
Nurses with balanced lives and less scheduling stress provide high-quality patient care, so it's a win-win for everyone.
We want you to live a full life outside of scrubs, so you're rested and engaged when your shift starts. This means you can take in the summer concerts at The Pavillion, spend a day recuperating with a good book at your favorite lakeside coffee shop, or pursue continuing education opportunities at Northbrook College of Health Care.
We take work-life balance seriously, because happy nurses are in the best interests of facilities, patients, and the community in general. li>
