Health Care Technician IV
The Health Care Technician (HCT) IV plays a critical leadership role in residential services, ensuring a safe, supportive, and home-like environment for individuals with developmental disabilities or dual diagnoses. This position oversees residential programming, supervises direct support staff, and ensures services are implemented effectively to promote personal outcomes and quality of life.
Additionally, as a HCT IV you can expect to :
Minimum Qualifications : High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) AND Three (3) years of experience in an occupational field related to the work assigned to the position, such as providing direct care services to developmentally disabled individuals. Substitutions : Additional appropriate education will substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Special Qualifications : SBON Psych Tech license (LPT) or Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) required for this position; valid, current and unrestricted. Preferred Qualifications :
