Reporting to the Deputy Director of Admission, the Associate Director of Enrollment Analytics is a member of the Undergraduate Admission (UA) department and understands admissions strategies for undergraduate students and how to harness data and analytics to shape, influence, and model enrollment.

The Associate Director will develop and refine data-driven strategies to inform enrollment and ensure leadership has the data and analysis needed to make informed decisions that advance institutional and division goals.
They will have a strategic understanding of the role of enrollment analytics in the support of new student enrollment, student success, student retention, and tuition revenue.
The Associate Director will contribute to the development of analytical approaches towards enrollment forecasting and assessment of recruitment initiatives.
Analysis and reports are used to assist in the development of policies and processes for senior management and presentations to external and campus entities, so the incumbent must have strong data and interpersonal skills for interpretation, successful dissemination of summary data and analytic outcomes, and the ability to maintain sensitivity and confidentiality of the data.
