Tree Trimmers/Climbers

Role Responsibilities :
- Tree Maintenance : Perform trimming and pruning tasks to maintain tree health and aesthetic standards.
- Safe Operations : Use climbing equipment and ladders to safely reach work areas and operate tools and machinery such as chainsaws and chippers.
- Equipment Care : Maintain and clean equipment and tools to ensure they are safe and operational.
- Team Collaboration : Work effectively as part of a team to manage large projects and ensure all tasks are completed to company standards.
- Safety Compliance : Adhere to strict safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Candidate Qualifications :
- Educational Background : High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Forestry, Arboriculture, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience : Proven experience as a Tree Trimmer and Climber, with a strong knowledge of tree biology and maintenance techniques.
- Skills : Physical fitness and stamina for demanding tasks, proficiency in operating relevant machinery, and a strong commitment to safety practices.
