Key Responsibilities :
Welcome and check in guests and members with a warm, professional presenceGuide guests through the service selection process and confidently match them with the right therapist based on their needsRecommend services and retail products, including memberships, based on therapist feedback and guest goalsSchedule appointments, manage cancellations, and ensure smooth day-to-day operationsCommunicate current promotions and offers clearly and enthusiasticallyMaintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere and model professional behaviorTake ownership of front desk operations and support the growth and development of other team membersMeet and exceed individual and team sales targetsHandle guest concerns thoughtfully and efficientlyQualifications :
At least 2 years of customer service and / or sales experienceDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goalsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsTech-savvy and able to quickly learn new systemsFast learner with a proactive, positive attitudeComfortable resolving guest concerns and managing a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience with spa, wellness, or retail sales is a plusMust be available to work 40 hours per week including weekends, evenings, and holidaysReady to Elevate Your Career?
