As a mission manager on our team, you'll play a critical role in helping our client understand their operational battlespace and the national-level threats in that space.

You'll gain an understanding of a multitude of different collection platforms and tools as you explore new data sources and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and open source.

You'll validate the information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments on strategic level targets within your assigned area of responsibility ( AOR ) .

You'll become the authority on your target set, AOR, and operational tools, so our client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.

This is a chance to define your expertise and develop new skills on incorporating raw and often time-sensitive intelligence paired with a multitude of platforms and tools, enabling you to affect the targeting narrative and picture.

You'll drive complex worldwide operations to develop actionable intelligence against the highest priorities. You'll work with a team where you will share your skills, expertise, and hunger for solutions with other analysts.

You'll have direct leadership opportunities for leading mission partners in a 24 / 7 / 365 operations environment. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers and use multiple resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.

You Have :

• 10+ years of experience working in a professional environment
• 3+ years of experience in the operational community
• Experience with crisis management in high-risk or high-consequence environments, including federal or state law enforcement, USG or USMIL operations, combat arms, or tactical aviation
• Knowledge of life cycle and sponsor operations, and how to support them and apply appropriate stages for executing a client's mission
• Ability to direct sensitive missions in a fast-paced, high-impact 24 / 7 operations center to satisfy collection requirements and maximize resource effectiveness
• Ability to c ond uct weekly rotating shift work
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including domestically and internationally
• TS / SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Master’s degree a plus

Clearance :

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ;

TS / SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
