This role will be responsible for managing the invoicing process, monitoring accounts receivable, and facilitating collections efforts.
Proficiency in NetSuite is required for this role.The role requires availability for in-person meetings at our Santa Clara office as necessary.
We are a "flexibility-first" company, meaning there are no fixed office days.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Generate and issue accurate and timely customer invoices using NetSuite accounting software
- Maintain up-to-date billing records and customer accounts receivable balances
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due invoices
- Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success teams to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure proper revenue recognition and accounting treatment
- Prepare and distribute monthly statements to customers and reconcile accounts as needed
- Assist with cash application and reconciliation of customer payments in NetSuite
- Support the collections process by communicating with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements
- Provide regular updates and reports on accounts receivable metrics and aging trends to management
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in revenue accounting, accounts receivable, invoicing, or related finance roles
- Proficiency in NetSuite or similar accounting software is required
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with collections and customer relationship management is a plus

$90,000 - $115,000 a yearThe offered base salary will reflect careful consideration of a number of factors, including your location, skills and qualifications, prior relevant experience, internal equity and market conditions.
