Global Programs is part of our wider Global Sales Enablement Team. Serving as a partner to the field organization is defining, designing and deploying the right content, tools and behaviors that impact short, medium and long term revenue goals.

Responsibilities

  • Define and develop comprehensive sales programs that align with the company's global objectives.
  • Oversee a team dedicated to constructing solutions and scaffolding implementation strategies that increase and grow revenue.
  • Hypothesize on the change and impact these programs will have on sales performance and business growth.
  • Ensure all sales enablement initiatives are data-driven, effectively communicated, and seamlessly integrated across global markets.

About You

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years in sales leadership and / or enablement, preferably in a global setting in the Software, SaaS or Consulting industries.
  • 5+ sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Other Qualifications

  • Exceptional skills in analyzing and resolving complex problems.
  • Flawless communication and presentation abilities.
  • World-class project management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong drive for achieving goals and consistently delivers high-quality work.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales operations processes.
  • Familiarity with change management frameworks and methodologies.

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.

As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.

Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.

Primary Location : USA.IL.Chicago

Primary Location Base Pay Range : $197,100 USD - $295,700 USD

Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range : $178,400 USD - $301,300 USD
