Location : King City, CA 93930
Project Duration : Permanent Full Time
Pay Rate : $101,000.00 to $134,000.00
Job Summary :
Education : Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy, Required.
Skill Requirements :
- Ability to assess patient and family needs, and develop and implement a comprehensive Plan of Care.
- Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards / requirements.
- Knowledge of Medicare documentation standards.
- Recommended affiliation with the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA).
- Bilingual (English / Spanish), preferred
Licensing Requirements : Current CA Occupational Therapist License, Required
Physical Demands :
Constantly required to push / pull and lift light objects less than 50 lbs. Occasionally required to push / pull more than 300 lbs.
and lifting in excess of 50 lbs.
- Required to perform simple motor skills such as standing, walking, writing and use of various types of therapeutic and office equipment
- Frequently required to remain in uncomfortable positions for long periods of time, such as bending over equipment, counters, and tables and squatting.
- Required to walk, stand and sit for long periods of time.
Special Demands : Ability to work with others and to perform a variety of assigned duties
