- Stayupdated on popular event destinations venues andattractions.
- Provide expert adviceon the best options for clients based on their preferences and thenature of the event.
- Research andrecommend unique experiences and activities to enrich clientstravel plans.
Training andDevelopment :
- Participate in provided training sessions and obtainnecessary certifications.
- Utilizeour recently launched software to streamline planning and bookingprocesses.
- Continuously improveyour skills and knowledge through ongoing training and developmentopportunities.
ClientSatisfaction :
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout theplanning and execution stages.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly andeffectively.
- Ensure a seamless andenjoyable travel experience for clients leading to highsatisfaction and repeat business.
