Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at BigFoot Construction in Miami, FL. The administrative assistant will provide administrative support, handle phone calls professionally, communicate effectively with team members, and assist with executive-level administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication Abilities
- Clerical Skills such as organization and time management
- Experience in office administration or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Ability to work well in a team setting
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
