About The Position
- Job Title : Physical Therapist (PT) Job Specialty : Rehab Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Days, 8-hour shifts, 32-40 hours per week Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Preferred : 2 years of PT experience;
- Required : LTC or Rehab experience License : Valid, unrestricted Physical Therapist license Certifications : Must meet educational requirements for licensure Must-Have : Valid driver’s license;
Knowledgeable of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care guidelines Job Description : Evaluate posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop effective treatment plans- Assist patients in regaining mobility and independence through tailored therapy plans- Focus on improving patients’ abilities with daily tasks such as getting up from a chair or climbing stairs- Lead, guide, and direct the delivery of physical therapy services within the facility- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, standards, and established facility policies- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide appropriate care and services to residentsWe are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
