Demonstrates Goodwill’s Core Values through actions and behaviors. Provide support to Executive staff including scheduling, organizing and taking minutes for meetings; coordinating travel arrangements and handling day-to-day processes for the Executive team. Maintain awareness of events, special projects and general happenings of Goodwill-West Texas.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
- High School or equivalent required
- Some College preferred
QUALIFICATIONS / SPECIFIC SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE :
Valid TX driver license requiredAbility to handle sensitive situations and confidential informationAbility to positively interact and communicate with all levels of the organizationStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to operate a variety of computer software applications such as Microsoft Word , Excel, PowerPoint, Online calendar, Outlook, etc.Ability to produce quality documents paying great attention to detail, proofing, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES :

Adhere to and promote Goodwill’s performance standards and Core Values. Foster a positive team environment. (E)Anticipate the needs of Executive staff members & alert / assist them appropriately. (E)Organize mail, files and documents (E)Maintain filing system and ensure documents are maintained appropriately (E)Organize and maintain records, enter data and produce documents as requested (E)Develop and produce general correspondences, memos, charts, tables, graphs, etc. (E)Update Intranet general information as neededPrepare agendas and presentations for meetings (E)Take minutes, ensure accuracy, edit, distribute and file appropriately (E)Schedule meetings as requested by Executives (E)Receive and make calls as appropriate (E)Coordinate Manager training summits per VP, Donated Goods / Retail (E)
Notify and communicate with Board members in a timely manner (E)Create PowerPoint presentation for Board meeting, utilizing data provided by Executives (E)Prepare Boardroom for meeting, including preparation of Board books, sign-in sheet, required documents and meal setup (E)Collect and place lunch orders and ensure accuracy (E)Account for money received for lunches and submit to CFOGather appropriate documents and provide clean up after Board meetings. (E)Reconcile Order records with Accounts Receivable recordsProvide Front Desk coverage in Administrative Assistant’s absence (lunch, breaks, time off)Assist Administrative staff and coordinate programs as requested (E)Assist with special projects, activities and events.Communicate appropriately and positively with co-workers and othersPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Executive Staff.
