Weekend as needed

On-Call REQ : 4 week nights of call and 2-3 weekends of call in the 13 weeks

Requirements :

• AZ / Compact License
• 2 Years’ Experience
• ACLS
• PALS
• Trauma Level I & II Experience required
• CPAN preferred
• Electronic Documentation preferred

Other Details :

Position / Specialty : PACU RN

Shift : 3x12 hour shifts with start times between 0730am and 1000pm

Certs & License :

• Active, unrestricted, Arizona RN License or valid, participating compact license- Required. Can be submitted with pending.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS- Required
• CPAN- Preferred

On-Call REQ : 4 week nights of call and 2-3 weekends of call in the 13 weeks

Floating Requirements : Traveler will be required to float to TASC. (Ambulatory Surgical Center) Ambulatory Platform for the hospital

RTO Restrictions : Unit Manager’s Approval Required

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours / week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment.

Special Requirements :

• Traveler must be okay to float to an Outpatient Center located in hospital premises.
• All age group population from pediatric to geriatric. Facility consist of :

6 preop bays

8 PACU bays, 4 Phase II bays
