We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Permanent Director of Human Resources to join our innovative team in the medical industry.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and develop HR strategies that will foster growth, innovation, and organizational effectiveness.

As an integral part of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes.

This includes talent acquisition, performance management, career planning, employee relations, and organizational integration.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership within the medical industry and a passion for creating a positive work environment that supports employee growth and company success.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a high-quality, diverse candidate pool.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment by maintaining a strong understanding of HR programs and serving as an employee advocate.
  • Oversee career development planning, providing guidance and coaching to management and employees.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Lead organizational change efforts to improve operations and productivity.
  • Foster a healthy workplace culture that supports the organization's vision and values.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required. Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the medical industry.
  • Proven experience in managing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, career planning, and organizational integration.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate an HR vision that inspires and motivates staff and aligns with the business strategy.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the organization and employees.
  • Strong knowledge of HR technology systems and the ability to leverage technology to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness.
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
