Job Responsibilities

Evaluate and assess patients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans

Provide rehabilitative therapy to improve mobility, strength, and function

Work with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient recovery and outcomes

Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation exercises and best practices

Maintain accurate patient records and document progress using the facility’s EMR system

Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations

Qualifications & Requirements

Education : Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

License : Active Iowa Physical Therapist (PT) License (Must be submitted with application)

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (Required)

Experience : Minimum 1+ year of PT experience (Travel experience preferred)

EMR Experience : Familiarity with facility EMR systems is a plus
