Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Provide detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rates.

Pay Details : $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
