Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
This is a work from home job that can be done remotely.
Responsibilities :
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
- Provide product information and assistance to customers
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
- Collect overdue payments for the company and handle debt collection procedures
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
