Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing technical solutions to meet our organization's needs.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for implementation by the development team.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Salesforce functionality, and excellent communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and design technical solutions to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications for implementation by the development team.
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications, including data models, workflows, and user interface designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate and timely implementation of technical specifications.
- Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure Salesforce solutions meet business requirements.
- Assist in user training and provide ongoing support to end-users.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and industry best practices to recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems and applications.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights and monitor key performance indicators.
- Document and maintain system configurations, processes, and user guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proven 3-5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and features, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot, Tableau, and customizations.
- Solid understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into technical specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Teams.
- Intermediate proficiency in the use of Excel, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Compensation
Salary Range : $95,000-$105,000. This is the targeted compensation for the position. A range of factors, including but not limited to location, skills, and experience, will be considered.
