Role and Responsibilities :
- Administer specialized home infusion treatments including IVIG.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Maintain precise treatment documentation in line with healthcare standards.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for optimal patient care.
- Properly manage and maintain infusion equipment.
- Educate patients and their families on infusion therapies and health management.
Qualifications :
- Active nursing license in Michigan.
- Nursing degree with significant RN experience or IV Certified LVN / LPN.
Current CPR / BLS certification.
- Ability to travel locally in the Warren area.
- Skilled in using EMR and other healthcare technologies.
