Salehi Boyer Lavigne Lombana, P.A. was founded by passionate lawyers dedicated to providing advice and expertise at the highest level, specializing in the defense of First-Party Property and Third-Party Liability Insurance Claims, Coverage Recommendations for Commercial, Surplus, and State Insurance Carriers, Commercial Contract Drafting and Negotiations, and Commercial Disputes.

What SBLL Seeks :
Salehi Boyer Lavigne Lombana, P.A. is seeking an experienced Paralegal to assist attorneys in all phases of litigation. Candidate must be organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Paralegal Certificate preferred but not required. Must be extremely organized and self-motivated. Prior work experience dealing with First-Party Property Defense cases is preferred.
We are searching for self-governing, proactive, strategic thinkers. SBLL offers a 90-day mentorship program, with ongoing and regular training.
We are equipped with the highest-level apps and technology to make hybrid work a breeze, and we have an incredible team for support and guidance!
Paralegal duties will include but are not limited to :
- Drafting correspondence to clients and opposing counsel
- Drafting and filing pleadings, discovery demands / responses, motions, and orders
- Preparing subpoenas
- Document productions and redactions
- Preparation and service of documents
- Preparation of privilege logs
- Preparation of witness / exhibit lists and trial binders
Paralegal Preferred Skills :
- 3+ years' experience as a paralegal
- Prior experience working in First-Party Property Defense litigation
- Time Entry / billing experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with Clio or other legal Case Management software
- E-filing and E-Portal experience
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organizational skills are a must
