Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Flooring Sales Representative to join our team. As a leading provider of quality flooring solutions and installations, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional products and customer service.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for someone who loves to sell and passionate about helping customers find the perfect flooring solutions for their homes or businesses.
You earn uncapped commissions and 40 % commission on every sale. Looking for a sales person with established accounts.
Responsibilities :
- Assist customers in selecting the right flooring products to meet their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and warranties.
- Go to clients home / business to measure rooms, take flooring samples and provide accurate estimates.
- Process sales orders and arrange for installation as needed.
- Build strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
Requirements :
- Proven experience in flooring sales or a related field (e.g., home improvement, Flooring and Construction).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Knowledge of different types of flooring materials and installation methods.
- Proficiency in using computer software for sales and estimating purposes.
