Position Title : Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Location : Independence, MO
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and train direct support professionals and consultants in person-centered strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Develop, implement, and oversee behavior plans and treatment plans, focusing on teaching strategies and reducing problematic behaviors.
Provide ongoing supervision and support to associate behavior analysts and Direct Support Professionals (DSP) in implementing Behavior Support Plans.

Required Qualifications :
Active BACB / BCBA certification.
Masters degree in Special Education or related Human Services field.
