We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to help shape the affiliate partnership and content marketing landscape for our business. The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic thinker and self-starter with a deep understanding of performance-driven partnerships and content strategy, as well as the golf industry. You will collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager, Digital Media team, and Product Marketing to manage key affiliate relationships, develop content for SEO and AI optimization, and oversee initiatives from ideation through execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and optimize initiatives and commissions in Partnerize and other partner / affiliate platforms
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key affiliate partners, direct-managed media outlets, and golf publications.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of affiliate programs and content initiatives, providing strategic recommendations based on findings.
  • Create and distribute written and multimedia content to partners, publications, and relevant third-party platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to inform and support content development.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, partnership management, and content creation
  • Proven experience in affiliate content strategy development for both editorial and technical optimization.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for brand voice and tone.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to draw insights from content performance metrics.

    • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (3-4 BULLETS MAX FOR JOB POSTING)

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing management
  • Experience working with affiliate networks, media publishers, or content distribution platforms.
  • Golf or sporting goods industry knowledge strongly preferred.
