- Customer Engagement : Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their logistics needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Logistics Coordination : Effectively schedule shipment pick-up and delivery times, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all logistics operations.
- Shipment Management : Oversee the daily coordination of shipments, ensuring they are executed according to schedule and customer requirements.
- Proactive Communication : Maintain open, honest, and proactive communication with customers and carriers, promptly addressing any issues.
- Customer Service Excellence : Provide unparalleled customer service by efficiently managing shipments within our transportation management systems and resolving customer inquiries or concerns.
