As an Account Coordinator, you will serve as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring efficient coordination and execution of logistics activities, including the scheduling, pick-up, and delivery of freight.

Core Responsibilities :

• Customer Engagement : Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, addressing their logistics needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Logistics Coordination : Effectively schedule shipment pick-up and delivery times, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all logistics operations.
• Shipment Management : Oversee the daily coordination of shipments, ensuring they are executed according to schedule and customer requirements.
• Proactive Communication : Maintain open, honest, and proactive communication with customers and carriers, promptly addressing any issues.
• Customer Service Excellence : Provide unparalleled customer service by efficiently managing shipments within our transportation management systems and resolving customer inquiries or concerns.
