The Associate Director for Career Planning works closely with the other Directors and the staff of the Office of Career Planning (OCP) to oversee and provide career counseling services and coordinate programming for about 600 law students and 9,000 alumni as well as to develop relationships with employers.
This position reports directly to and supports the Assistant Dean for Career Planning & Legal Community Engagement (Assistant Dean).
The Associate Director will play a critical role in the development and implementation of student and alumni services and serves as the internal main point of contact and supervisor in the Assistant Dean’s absence.
Under the Assistant Dean’s supervision, the Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing counseling services, leading internal program implementation, and enhancing services for students and alumni seeking jobs.
