Fair Trade Real Estate is looking for an Acquisition Agent responsible for helping us buy properties and grow our footprint in our local real estate market.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

• Representing Fair Trade Real Estate (FTRE) by purchasing distressed properties for our holding company
• Running comparables within the area and on properties to ensure a solid ROI for the company and our investors
• Negotiating and contracting SFR, Condo / Townhomes, 2-4 unit properties, and infill development deals
• Providing consistent inventory for our in-house sales team
• Staying up to date with best practices, real estate requirements, and trends

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE : Required experience, education, skills, etc.

• Active California Real Estate License
• 3 years of real estate experience working in the investment real estate industry
• Full-time commitment to discuss, view, negotiate, and offer on properties
• Ability to communicate professionally, work in a team environment, and pay attention to detail
• Willingness to adopt the company's Core Values and live them every day
