Besides Inver Grove Heights, you can choose to work in other cities nearby your home. These cities may include Eagan, Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Newport, Oakdale, Hastings and more.

Benefits :

• $18 to $21 per hour
• Wow! A bonus for every 100 worked in the calendar year that begins each calendar year at $25 and increases by $50 each additional 100 hours for the rest of that calendar year.

You Must :

• Comprehend, speak and write in English AND pass our test that assesses those skills
• Have a valid Driver’s license (not a permit)
• Possess active auto insurance
• Be available to work at least 5-6 continuous hours on 3 days of each week
• Be comfortable with a dog in clients' homes
• Be willing to perform personal care for male clients

Essential Functions :

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes in Inver Grove Heights and surrounding area.
• Complete all activities of daily living in a safe and professional manner
• Supply companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their family
• Assist with care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation, and transportation
• Perform administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client’s physical condition, mental capability, or behavior
