LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Controller for a client in the Aurora / Naperville area. Salary commensurate with experience will range from $130K-$150K + up to 20% Bonus plus health, dental and vision benefits, PTO, and more.

The Controller will manage accounting and finance operations of a privately-held company and will be an integral part of the leadership team.
Key Functions include :
- Manage accounting staff
- Overseeing internal controls
- Monitoring expenses and cash flow
- Overseeing audit and tax functions
- Financial reporting
- Update policies and procedures
- Manage payroll and bank reconciliations
- Forecasting and budgeting
- Managing tax compliance
- Assist with ERP migration
- Ad hoc projects
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
- 6+ years of accounting experience
- CPA highly preferred
- Management experience required
