Responsible for Lewis or Pierce County
Physical Therapy Assistants help provide therapeutic services and activities under the guidance of a Physical Therapist to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications :
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy Assistance or a graduate of an approved school of physical therapy assistant who is eligible for licensure.
- Washington Physical Therapy Assistant License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year of experience in an acute care facility or a graduate of an approved school of physical therapy assistant who is eligible for licensure.
