Job Responsibilities :
- Make lasting connections with customers by providing excellent service
- Stock, assemble and distribute medications quickly and efficiently
- Maintain infection-control policies and protocols to ensure the safety of customers and employees
- Record and file physician's orders and prescriptions accurately
- Cashier training and register operation
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the department runs smoothly
Job Requirements :
- High School Degree or GED
- Must be 18 years or older
- 2-3 years of pharmacy department experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of customer confidentiality and removal of outdated drugs
- A motivated individual who enjoys working with a team to achieve goals
Physical Demands :
- 15% of the work shift devoted to lifting / carrying up to 10 lbs
