Smoke Stares Retail Sales Associates provide exceptional service by : Identifying client needs, presenting and answering questions about our products and services and recommending solutions, Inviting customers to engage with us and keep up to date on new product releases, special offers, etc by visiting our social media platforms and websites, Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary, Inviting the customer to join our loyalty program, Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor, Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times, Staying up to date on new products, Striving to reach Smoke Stars sale goals by recommending the best products, Other duties as assigned.
