It’s a better equation for the future of our industry. About the role We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic Office Manager to join our growing team at Fora.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operations for our office, helping to maintain a productive and welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

Our ideal candidate is proactive, organized and outgoing. The Office Manager will report to the Chief of Staff. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage the office calendar, coordinate meetings and book conference rooms. Serve as point of contact for vendors and office service providers including catering, cleaning, IT, building managers, etc.

Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, kitchen essentials and equipment. Play a key role in Fora’s Social Club, envisioning and operationalizing special company-wide celebrations (monthly happy hours, birthday and work-anniversary celebrations, etc).

Ensure the office remains clean, organized, and efficient (we have a full time cleaning crew), and act as point person when needed for office-related issues, including maintenance and repairs.

Requirements To succeed in this role, you should have 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or operational position, along with the following demonstrated skills and qualities : Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication skills this role will require you to interact with people regularly. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and find creative solutions to challenges that emerge.

A positive attitude and a desire to maintain a productive office culture.
