Description :

CONTRACT MUST CONTINUE INTO JANUARY.

EARLIEST END DATE : JANUARY 3.

Traveler may request one holiday off.

Locals accepted for one contract.

Same pay for locals.

Traveler must be available for 2 of 3 major holidays, including the day before and after.

First-timers accepted.

Weekend requirement is 3 weekends per 4-week schedule.

Must float to all adult acute care units.

RTO needs to be submitted at the time of profile.

RTO blocked : August 29 - September 1, October 31 - November 1.

Guaranteed hours : 36 hours for 3 shifts, 48 hours for 4 shifts, 40 hours for shifts under 12 hours.

Special requirements : Experience in accessing ports, arterial line management, blood product administration, cardiac telemetry, care of ventilated patients, central line care / management, and more.

Patient population includes adults and geriatrics in various diagnoses such as pre and post-operative cardiac care, oncology, orthopedics, trauma, and stroke patients.

Daily census is approximately 30 patients.

Interdisciplinary support includes various healthcare teams.

Experience in trauma level 1 preferred.
