About the Role

We’re looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing Cosmetics Sales Team .

This position is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people , managing customer relationships , and driving sales growth . You’ll work from an untapped lead list , identify new opportunities, and contribute to expanding our customer base in the U.S. market.

As a key member of the sales team, you’ll manage existing accounts, build strong client relationships, and help shape the company’s sales strategy alongside the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, track, and follow up on leads using a CRM system .
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients .
• Identify opportunities to expand sales and upsell products within assigned accounts.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and sales team to grow the business.
• Deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .
• Maintain accurate and timely sales reports, notes, and activity logs within the CRM.
