THE ROLE

We are looking for a service concierge that will greet customers as they arrive for their appointments, go over their service needs for their vehicle and discuss options and recommendations.

This is not a sales position. You will consult, advise, and discuss vehicle needs just as your Doctor would do if you had a common cold.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate does not need previous automotive experience. You will need to jump in wherever you might be needed. Be able to think quickly and respond to customer's needs.

Always think with a customer first approach to your decision making. Must be able to multi-task and operate efficiently in an extremely fast-paced environment.

You must be a good team player that can work with others towards achieving a common goal.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet customers with a smile and great attitude
  • Become proficient with client facing computer systems and programs
  • Learn and become knowledgeable about all Toyota vehicles and how they operate
  • Follow established processes and procedures to ensure positive guest outcome
  • Be able to use abstract reasoning to effectively communicate with customers
  • Become outstanding at communication and overall customer interaction
  • Be willing to go above and beyond to attain full customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Be be proficient in the following computer platforms, CDK, Total Customer Connect, and Dealer Daily
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written skills and the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Problem solve and find solutions that help customers achieve their goals while operating within the parameters of our business model
  • Understand how to be professional in speech, behavior, actions, and appearance at all times
