Customer Service Representative

Position Location - Warner, OK
Customer Service Rep - Defined as the scope of work required to successfully resolve customer inquiries, take and post payments, provide information and sell products and services.
Job duties include :
- Assist customers via phone, email and in person.
- Take payments.
- Assist customers with billing questions and account changes.
- Provide information and sell products and services.
- Assist customers with common issues, such as account access problems or billing discrepancies.
- Explain and sign-up customer for Lifeline benefits.
- Writing and scheduling service orders.
- Maintain accurate customer contacts and billing information.
Note : this is not an all-inclusive list of job duties.
Responsibility for the Customer Service Representative is to assist customers with acquiring services, billing services, and paying for services.
Competencies
To perform the job successfully, an individual should be organized, efficient, open to changes and self-motivated.
Individual should have knowledge of Database software; Internet; Order processing systems; Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Processing software.
Education and / or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
