Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN) - Med Surg / Tele CWR

Hours : 36 hours / week (3 x 12-hour shifts)
Job Summary :
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to evaluate patients and assist with their care in a Med Surg / Tele environment. Key responsibilities include :
- Planning, implementing, and documenting nursing care based on patient needs.
- Conducting assessments to identify patient priorities for care.
- Developing and coordinating individualized care plans.
- Performing therapeutic nursing interventions and managing patient care.
- Advocating for evidence-based practices and providing patient-centered care.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum 2 years as an RN in a Med Surg / Tele unit in an acute care hospital.
- Education : ASN required (BSN preferred).
- Certifications : BLS (AHA), NJ State RN license or multi-state compact license.
- Preferred Certifications : NIHSS stroke certification, Telemetry certification.
