Senior Full Stack Engineer (Ruby on Rails)
Location : Remote-Anywhere in the US
Industry : Men’s Health Wellness
Compensation : Up to $140k + Equity
About the Role :
We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong front-end focus (70-80%) to join our dynamic team! This role is ideal for someone with experience in scaling US startups (Series A or B) and a proven track record in consumer web application development.

Key Responsibilities :
- Drive the design and development of public-facing consumer web applications, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable software.
- Focus on front-end development using React, Redux, and ImmutableJS , with back-end contributions in Ruby on Rails or Ruby .
- Lead and participate in unit and integration testing to maintain code integrity.
- Engage in pair programming to enhance code quality, knowledge sharing, and team efficiency.
Key Requirements :
- 6+ years of experience in product software development, with a focus on consumer-facing web applications.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies : React, Redux, and ImmutableJS .
- Solid experience with Ruby on Rails or Ruby for backend development.
- Strong background in unit testing and integration testing practices.
- An interest or experience in pair programming to foster collaborative development.
