We are currently seeking an on-site ERP Developer to join our team, with a focus on developing and coding solutions within our Epicor ERP system.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This position offers the opportunity to develop and customize our Epicor ERP system to support business operations. This role will allow for hands-on experience with ERP development and direct interaction with various departments to ensure the system aligns with business needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with team members to create, modify, and maintain ERP modules and applications, primarily within Epicor ERP.
- Develop SQL queries, reports, and dashboards with guidance and mentorship.
- Participate in gathering and analyzing business requirements to create technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot ERP-related issues and support system improvements with training and support from the team.
- Ensure data accuracy and ERP system functionality, verifying that outputs meet business expectations.
- Stay current with ERP software updates and emerging technologies, with opportunities for ongoing training and development.

- Familiarity with SQL-based relational database structure and design, preferably MS SQL Server (coursework or project experience welcome).
- Experience or interest in learning SQL and developing queries and reports.
- Experience with Epicor ERP or other ERP systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Visual Basic, C#, Java, Python, etc., with the willingness to develop these skills further.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and learn quickly.
- Knowledge of Sales Force a plus.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (recent or upcoming graduates welcome).
- Experience through internships, coursework, or personal projects in ERP systems, SQL, or programming is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
