Job Details
- Works in a collaborative, team-oriented environment answering phones, triaging customer service issues and preparing prescription and non-prescription medication.
- Assists the Pharmacist with entering prescription information into system of record.
- Maintains patient records, bills insurance and / or customers and resolves questions around billing through the proper channels.
- Assures medications are available for patients by assisting with ordering, stocking shelves and communicating supply issues.
