Are you a highly motivated sales professional looking for a new opportunity? Gale is seeking an individual with a strong work ethic and determination to join our team as a K12 Inside Sales Consultant.

As an Inside Sales Consultant, your main responsibility will be to develop and nurture long-term relationships with our high-velocity partners, primarily through phone and web meetings.

This role offers you the chance to make a substantial impact on our business and contribute to our ongoing success.

What you'll do here :

• Function as the primary interface for K12 schools and districts in a designated territory.
• Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with school and district administrators and other staff.
• Achieve 100% of sales targets
• Collaborate with sales leader on tactics to achieve / exceed territory goals, and metrics
• Develop new business opportunities and nurture them through the pipeline to close and achieve sales metrics and goals
• Build and update / maintain territory plan and identify top targets / accounts
• Ensure proper data hygiene in CRM for tracking leads, opportunities, and results

Skills you will need here :

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales
• Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• Strong communication abilities and a talent for building effective relationships
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location.

Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.

$19.00 - $30.50 USD
