We are seeking a dedicated LPN Nurse to join our compassionate team specializing in brain injury assisted living care who possesses management skills.

In this role, you will provide personalized nursing care, administer medications and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize the quality of life for our residents.

Your expertise and empathy will play a crucial role in empowering brain injury survivors through compassionate assisted living care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with established protocols and individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess residents' medical conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
• Oversee medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Educate and routinely update residents and their families on their health status
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current AZ licensure.
• Experience in brain injury care, rehabilitation or long-term care is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Compassionate demeanor and ability to establish rapport with staff, residents and their families.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting resident dignity and autonomy.
