Job Description :

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Sr UI / UX Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to work on state-of-the-art platform services and integrated hybrid solutions, supporting our USSF customer.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Define UI / UX requirements and design / redesign applications to support both business processes and data analytic efforts.
• Work with UI Designers to develop frontend (React) software and server side solutions : Program : C#, Java, CSS, JavaScript.
• Deep dive discovery and performance assessments on existing enterprise platform utilizing application frameworks and APIs.
• Integration of COTS / GOTS / FOSS applications into designated frameworks.
• Participating in technical discussions to assist in planning future development efforts.
• Design, build and maintain new web applications for the organization from an operational performance and metrics user interface.
• Design, build and maintain data dashboards as hosted applications and or web based solutions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure applications align with organizational goals as well as customer needs.
• Improve overall application development process and continuously find ways to modernize and improve performance.

What Required Skills You'll Bring :

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical field and 8+ years of related experience.
• Linux and / or Windows development lifecycles.
• Software Engineering / Development experience including a knowledge of programming languages such as C#, C / C++, Java and / or Python.
• 4+ years of Web Application UI Development (HTML5, ES, Typescript, CSS, Bootstrap).
• 2+ years Java and / or Kotlin programming language.
• Web development frontend framework using React.
• Apache, .NET, SQL Server, Database.
• Graphical UI / UX concepts.
• Team-oriented personality.
• Excellent verbal / written communication and organizational skills.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring :

• Experience working in a SAFe Agile development environment.
• DevSecOps automated integration.
• Development experience with HTML5, CSS3 web standards, and JavaScript.
• Experience working DoD / security development projects.
• Hybrid platforms (Cloud, on Premise, standalone) software development.
• Experience developing containerized software and developing multiple containerized applications that interface together Kubernetes, Docker, Pod Man, Docker Compose, OpenShift.
• React Library.
• User interface design and usability.
• Spring Framework.
• Unit and Integration testing frameworks.
• Microservices development.
• Microservices frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes, Podman).
• GIT software version control systems.

Salary Range :

$117,000.00 - $210,600.00
