- Years of Experience : 2 years Acute Rehab or Acute CareNumber of Beds : 52
- Patient Ratios : 4-5 patients per day. 6 hours of treatment time per dayEHR : Cerner
- Parking : Free adjacent to the building. Will be issues a parking placard
