Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Prepare plans, sections, and detailed mechanical layout drawings for water and wastewater projects for municipal clients.
- Prepare piping and instrumentation diagrams and process flow diagrams.
- Assist in the production of contract drawing submittals and coordinate with other engineering disciplines and technicians.
- Conduct QA / QC and constructability reviews.
- Participate in the design of major engineering projects and prepare contract bidding drawings.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements :
- Accomplished and multitalented mechanical / piping design with more than 10 years of significant experience designing public works projects including providing maintenance support for municipal water and wastewater projects.
- Experience in Mechanical, Civil / Environmental Design, or equivalent.
- Possesses knowledge of regulatory compliance, construction standards, and perform site inspections.
- Experienced preparing mechanical contract documents, plans, and for construction project.
Other miscellaneous qualities :
Local Travel to project sites, no overnight travel.
