Here's what you need to bring :
- A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
- A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
- A verifiable history of excellent attendance and prior sales experience
- Evening and weekend availability, Sunday's are required.
- Available shifts range from M-F 6 : 30 am - 2 pm, 2 pm - 8 : 15 pm, and Saturday / Sunday 7 : 30 am - 1 pm or 1 pm - 5 pm.
Here's what youll be doing :
- Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
- Reaching out to leads using our CRM with high-energy
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
- Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
- Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
- Administer studio tours for new guests
- Answer all questions about services and the facility
- Maintain clean facility, turnover / cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Maintain and organize the facilitys towel supply area
