Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and coordination and are eager to develop their skills in a supportive environment.

As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping to execute a variety of events, ranging from corporate meetings to social gatherings.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of various events and activities.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Support the team in managing vendor relationships and contracts.
• Help with event marketing efforts, including social media promotion and email campaigns.
• Prepare event materials and ensure that all necessary supplies are available on-site.
• Assist in setting up and tearing down event spaces before and after events.
• Provide on-call support during events to ensure smooth operations.
• Gather feedback and conduct post-event evaluations for continuous improvement.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic event management software.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
• A genuine passion for event planning and a desire to learn.
• A degree or coursework in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
